1- Establish A Vision

• establish an initial project budget and client wish list

• collect and analyze project/site data

 • analyze zoning regulations, building codes and other applicable daps

• identify any other applicable governing bodies

• provide detailed quote for extent of works


2 - Shape the vision

•demonstrate concepts through drawings, sketches, and 3D views

• integrate construction methods and materials to create the experience or feel of the spaces

• review the design with the contractor to ensure the design and budget are compatible if required


3 - Put It On Paper

• develop detailed drawings

• coordinate structural and energy design with architectural drawings

• identify and navigate the approvals

• finalize building permit and construction packages
